The course is designed to provide comprehensive training for seafarers who are responsible for operating and maintaining fast rescue boats on board ships as per the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW code, section A-VI/2, table A-VI/2-2). The course covers a wide range of topics including fast rescue boat design, operation, maintenance, search and rescue procedures, and crew safety. Participants will learn how to effectively use the boat in emergency situations and be equipped with the necessary skills to carry out successful operations.
